Booking confirmation

Pro forma invoice is valid only for 12hours from the time issued.

All confirmations are by full payment on a first-come first-served basis based on availability.

Total figure shown in the Pro-forma invoice should be paid by credit card to complete a successful reservation.

Cancellations / Refunds

No foreign currency refunds can be made as a result of prohibitive government procedure pertaining to such bank transfers. Therefore, once payment is made, you accept that no refunds will be made.

Rates:

Please send us an enquiry with the block you prefer to visit and the safari type of your choice. One of our representatives will get back to you shortly with the pro-forma invoice.

Rates will be as listed on the Rates column on the booking page and may change periodically based on the ground situation.

Ticket Rates:

The ticket also includes a tracker but it is not guaranteed on an onsite booking. The ticket rate may fluctuate according to the prevailing dollar rate. * Ticket rate includes 15% VAT + service charge.

Special Notes:

This is only a booking facility and we are not liable for any on site eventuality including disputes with operators, breakdowns, accidents, emergencies etc even though we will do our best to make sure the service is provided efficiently on time.

This is only a online service provided to minimize hassle for visitors and by booking this service you agree to absolve the Department of Wildlife Resources and Conservation, Yalasrilanka.lk and its employees and agents of any responsibility against any form of claims.
